Pre-Orders
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are expected to ship in 6–8 weeks. We’ll keep you updated by email at every stage.
Why pre-order instead of buying now?
By pre-ordering, you’re joining the very start of Mexibaby. Each pre-order comes with a limited-edition launch box, designed only for our first families. It’s your chance to be part of our story from day one.
What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
We’ll notify you immediately by email if there are any changes to the timeline. You’ll always have the option of a full refund if you prefer not to wait.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. We hope to expand soon.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping (or free shipping over $75). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
How will my order be packaged?
Each order arrives in our custom Mexibaby packaging — designed to feel special and celebrate culture from the moment you open it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at Familia@mexibaby.com with your order number, and we’ll walk you through it.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How do I care for the swaddles and sleep sacks?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
What size are the swaddles?
Our swaddles are 47x47 inches, perfect for wrapping, nursing cover, or stroller blanket.
What is a TOG rating on the sleep sack?
TOG measures warmth. Our sleep sack is 1.0 TOG, designed for year-round comfort with standard room temps.
Are your fabrics safe for babies?
Yes! All Mexibaby products are made with bamboo fabric, one of the softest and most breathable materials for sensitive skin. It’s naturally gentle, hypoallergenic, and perfect for keeping your little one cozy and safe.
